從錯誤上看，貌似是Maintainance模式沒有關閉，然后就使用adadmin關閉Maintenance模式，但是disable Maintenance模式之后，還是報同樣的錯。
下邊的SQL也表明，現在服務器不是處于Maintenance模式:
select fnd_profile.value('APPS_MAINTENANCE_MODE') from dual;
Output:NORMAL
('MAINT'表示Maintainance模式開啟，'NORMAL'表示Maintainance模式關閉)
再次重啟服務器，刷新IE，同樣的錯仍出現。
最后解決方法：關閉IE，再打開EBS，錯誤就不見了，可能是IE緩存的問題。
