當你進入游戲的時候就一直處于黑屏狀態并且無法正常連接游戲頻道，那么如果排除游戲運行商本身服務器的問題，那么就肯定是你的網絡或者游戲文件出現了問題，導致無法與游戲正常連接無非就以下幾點：1、電腦你與游戲服務器進行數據傳輸 2、游戲損壞 3、DNS以及IP出現了問題。

首先需要排除網絡的問題，C:WindowsSystem32driversetc找到這個文件夾目錄然后打開hosts文件粘貼以下內容：

# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.

# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should

以記事本的格式打開

當重置電腦內的hosts文件，接下來應該重置LSP，組合鍵win+R 打開“運行”，輸入“cmd”打開命令提示符，然后再輸入“netsh winsock reset”

然后再次輸入“ipconfig /flushdns”進行DNS重置。

最后再用游戲修復功能修復下游戲即可解決問題，如果以上步驟都做完了，那么還是無法進入，這就說明是游戲自身的問題了，重新下載游戲即可
